One of them is the mascot for the 2010 Expo, "HaiBao". This is supposed to mean "a sea of treasures". I have been seeing HaiBao everywhere on the streets of Shanghai, either on posters, figurines or even plant figurines...Check out the news on 2010 Expo here. The other character I am crazy about is 猪猪侠 (AKA GG Bond). This is a new cartoon introduced in China in the last few months while we returned to Singapore. Now every day, I am always waiting for the cartoon to be screened on TV at 8pm...
